First adjust the strap to the appropriate length.
The charging port of the host is facing upward when wearing (very important).
Straighten your back after wearing, raise your head and chest,then click the switch,the orthosis vibrates and works normalsy.
Maintain correct posture until the orthosis shakes.
When you appear that the hunchback are exceeds 25degrees,the orthosis will automaticly induce vibration to remind you of bad posture.
